Emerging Artist Corner: Brian D’Addario of The Lemon Twigs (His New Solo Album Out Now)
Brian’s songwriting has matured greatly since the first Lemon Twigs album, Do Hollywood, which is saying a lot because he and his brother’s writing have always been way above what is expected for their ages. Brian was named after Brian Wilson, and a childhood obsession with The Beach Boys led to an introduction to lyricist and poet Stephen Kalinich. Reprising his collaborative role with Brian and Dennis Wilson, Kalinich penned the lyrics for “Song of Everyone” and “What You Are Is Beautiful,” which are two standout cuts on Till the Morning.
