Letter to a friend

When i am low

I love to go to the Stillness

and I love Movies

at home

or better yet on the Big Screen

alone

with no one

I know around

in the dark atmosphere

and i soak in the Alpha rays

and the cinema captures me

takes me out of my problems

for a few hours

lifts me into another realm

and if the film is good

even more so.

When I come out

usually I am purged

restored inwardly

more still and rested

and even if the content is not the greatest

I in most situations derive benefit from Celluloid Film and even video.

I also love doing videos

like Galactic

performing on film.

Movies a magic world for me.

I steal away mid day

and no one knows but me.

I also love walks at the Ocean

and walking anywhere

feeling myself

moving through space

and grateful to be alive

and grateful for my friends.
