Use me today
this moment

Fill up my tank
with the fuel of love
let today be pure oxygen
exhilaration

out of the centre of my being

the unsettled part of myself
the rage
all that is out of whack
within me
all that holds me back
is released
i walk
in uncontaminated freedom
I am an astronaut

of the corridors of space
that I am suspended within
i will replace violence

with tender kindness.
I will make love practical

In my daily experience
today I will relax
i will sail
in the lake

of quietude
the electric waters
will rise up
inside of me

I will dance
the universal heartbeat
i will try

to send out love
to all being everywhere
victory will be in sharing
not in individual achievement alone
victory will be sweet
that includes mankind
i will be a warrior of love
i will bring
to all the moist wet darkness
a purpose
i will see
that every soul has meaning

a place

a use
a transformation
I will detach myself
from pressure from stress
today I will believe
that all is possible
all is within my grasp
I will be led
by kindness
each new second
will reveal miracles
I will rejoice

in the good of others
it will be my own growth
my own blessing

in every atom of every soul

every leaf
of every tree
every drop of water
of every stream

your heartbeat will be in mine
your dreams and mine
will become our dream

your vision will be joined by mine
